FUTA AND NIGERIA 2019; TIME TO WRITE HISTORY

I want to use this opportunity to appreciate Futarians at large for standing uprightly to uphold the dignity and integrity of our institution.

Also, I want to applaud the University Management of Federal University of Technology Akure for their commitment in creating an enabling environment that supports adequate leadership tutelage.

I want to acknowledge the alumni association of Futa for its enormous contribution to our great citadel of learning.

My appreciation will not be complete without saying a big thanks to all the community dwellers for their robust relationship with Futarians as a big family

Let us admit that we cannot antagonise and influence at the same time.

I was refined by the Academic, Social, and Political Spectrum of Futa, which enhances my continuous passion to contributing to the progress of humanity.

We must respect and inspect every moment of our life, FUTA as a great institution has produced a lot of giants across the globe, one of the reasons, I take so much pride to inform you that our Unity as Breeds from the higher institution of learning is not negotiable.

As the 2019 general election approaches, I want you charge you all, as this will be the first time in history of Futa where we will be having quite a number of FUTA alumni coming out to contest for public offices. Though, it has been happening in the past but this moment reawakens my consciousness to the number I see.

If our institution has been at the top in the area of Academics, Sports, Entertainment etc., we must not neglect the Political aspect of it which is also crucial to the development of our institution and nation.

I implore us that we should come together to support our own in this Forthcoming election.

As a member of nottoyoungtorun, I am biased to say that my priority in this Forthcoming election is youth inclusiveness in the leadership of this country, which has been adopted constitutionally and morally accepted by vast majority who believe in a better Nigeria.

Now that we have young breeds who had represented us in some capacity and still wish to continue in the trend of good leadership, I charge Futarians, alumni of Futa, Futa management and everyone related to FUTA either by citizenship or environment that we must join hands together to support our own Breed in order propagate the content we have acquired within.

Without prejudice, I have taken my time to study and investigate the political atmosphere for now and those are comrades that sprang up from the great institution of ours, though we might still have a lot of people still aspiring within but the moment they declare,  publicity will be made to that effect.

Let us make use of all necessary facilities to support our comrades from FUTA. I also strongly recommend the setup of different committees to champion the ambition of our own comrades.

Though, our tribes and tongues differ, but in brotherhood we stand.

Finally, I want to congratulate DJ Venum as he officially breaks the world record for the longest DJ. It wasn't an easy task to even think of it in the first place not to talk of breaking the record and setting a new one. You made us proud.
