Solidarity greetings to everyone from the apex student association in Ondo State, NANS JCC ONDO AXIS.
This official release is sequel to a courtesy visit paid to the Ondo State Resident Electoral Commissioner earlier today and it is in line with our administration's pledge to keep you abreast of our day to day activities.
The Chairman of NANS JCC ONDO AXIS, Com. Atolusi Damilola Anthony while addressing the management and staff of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) commended the Resident Electoral Commissioner(REC) in person of Mr. Olusegun Agbaje for his commitment towards the conduct of the forth coming gubernatorial election in the state.
The Chairman went further to give kudos to the REC for the new innovation and strategy of ensuring a near simultaneous accreditation and voting exercise. He reiterated that this singular act is to tell the people that no one is going to be denied of exercising their franchise.
Meanwhile, the Hon. Commissioner assured Nigerian students that all security measures has being put in place to ensure a peaceful, credible and itch-free polls that meets global best practices.
In the same vein, the REC further assure the NANS JCC leadership that the permanent voters card will still be issued out prior the November polls.
The REC also informed the Student leaders that the ad hoc members of the commission will soon be recruited and this shall constitute mainly qualified students from the Federal higher Institutions in Ondo State.
Conclusively, the Hon. Commissioner beseeched all Nigerian students to be up and doing, shun cultism and also be found worthy in both learning and character. He tasked the students to always partake in issues of National importance for they are the leaders of tomorrow.
NANS JCC ONDO AXIS under the able leadership of Com. Atolusi Damilola A. remains in the forefront of 'one man, one vote' crusade.
