Former NAOSS President, Akeredolu celebrates birthday anniversary with less privileged.

Scores of persons with special needs, the less privileged and resident of Ago- ireti community in Akure the ondo state capital have benefitted from the young parliamentarian's birthday celebration.


The celebrant, Akeredolu Olanrewaju in company of friends, family and colleagues, visited homes of the Leprosy where it made donations to mark the birthday celebration.


While giving his remarks, Akeredolu noted that one of the reasons they have come to visit is to launch an international charity foundation christened EMMANUEL FOUDATION INTERNATIONAL at the community, he further explained that the foundation will be focus solely on charity works and spreading the word of God. 


Founder of the charity group, Akeredolu Olanrewaju reiterated the need for individuals and corporate organizations to donate generously to the destitute homes for their improved well beings.


He noted that the visit further exposed the level of attention needed by people with special needs and appealed for more assistance to them by other individuals and groups.


The Foundation when in full operation will be committed to adding value to the society and I call on other well-meaning individuals to always remember others in need,” Akeredolu said.


He further stated that at no point will the foundation be a fund seeking group as it will only receive donations from people whom God has touched their hearts to give.


Responding on behalf of beneficiaries, the community leader expressed joy for the gifts and prayed to God to reward the donors abundantly and grant all it takes for the foundation to succeed.




The group distributed food items and cash to the benefiting homes.
