The Federal High Court sitting in Port-Harcourt, Rivers State, has sentenced three out of nine suspects to death by hanging for kidnapping and murder of one of their victims, Deyspring Braide, a former Head of Local Government Administration of Asari-Toru Local Government Area.
Two others including the three condemned persons were also sent to jail for life and for 70 years on different counts by the court.
