The primary election for the governorship candidate of the All progressives Congress, APC, in Ondo state has been postponed till Saturday, September 3rd.
The state secretary of the party, Mr Rotimi Raman, in a telephone chat attributed the postponement to making adequate arrangement for a successful conduct of the primary election.
Mr Raman noted that the decision was in compliance with the directive from the National secretariat of the party.
He explained that the postponement would give room for more logistics to be put in place for a hitch free election.
The Secretary regreted any inconvenience this might have caused delegates and party loyalists.
He added that the APC as a party was set out for a free, fair and credible primary election.
