LuxuryByFeyi, a high-end couture fashion brand based in London, England presented their Spring/Summer 2019 collection titled the “Black Swan” meaning something rare, during the recent concluded London Fashion Week held recently at the Aston Martin London showroom in Mayfair.
A universal collection consisting of black colour dresses. Luxury ByFeyi’s presentation closed the show with an Afro-beat sound track finale, chromatic luminance and branded light projection.
Speaking with People n Places, Feyisola Adeyemi, the CEO /Creative Director said “As a surrealist fashion designer, the idea behind the collection was to capture the natural beauty of animals and translate it into an elegant and surreal artistic feminine silhouette.
The gowns express universal themes that resonate with many ethnic groups and I was proud to present it in London during the London Fashion Week.
LuxuryByFeyi is not just a fashion brand, but a voice to the younger female generation, particularly from the African decent (not to limit themselves) that black female designers can also be heard globally in the luxury fashion industry.”
