It’s just few hours to 2018 and i sit down and list out the artiste who made 2017 so amazing for us and also predicted the ones that can make 2018 a bigger one for us.

2018 is going to be a banger year and a lot of hits is surely going to fall on you.

Here are the Nigerian artiste we predicted to dominate Nigerian music in 2018.

1. Davido

Being the hottest Nigeria artists in 2017, the DMW boss – Davido still shows promising potential. We don’t think it’s time to write Davido off, he will continue to dominate and drop chart topping songs come 2018.

We might be hit with a single from him and Wizkid



2. Wizkid

Baba nla and the Starboy boss himself has made 2017 a memorable year for us and its this year he set a record and at the same time break a record.

2018 is just the year Wizkid will still top the chart and we might be hit with a single from him and Davido.



3. Olamide

Omo wobey leader, Olamide really had a wonderful 2017 with the hits he dropped back to back which generate the dance called Shaku Shaku dance.

With the disturbing tune baddo dropped this year, Olamide have what it takes to clear the air in 2018.



4. Small Doctor

The rave on the block, Small Doctor got the street abnormal with the jams he dished this year.

His recent tune is the most banging song on the chart and this might break through the whole 2018, we should all beware of this talented artiste. Agege wa ooo.



5. Maleek Berry

The Starboy Ent. act – Maleek Berry is the 10th hottest Nigerian artiste 2017. With his EP dropping early days in 2018. The young producer/singer is predicted to be on the spotlight like never seen before. Watch out for him.



6. Mayorkun

DMW signed act Mayorkun has shown Indeed that he has what it takes to dominate the music scene come 2018 with his sterling performance in 2017.

7. Reekado Banks

Our prediction on Reekado Banks is solely based on if he leaves Mavin Records to stand independently or sign to another record label that will have him as their only artist and all attention shown to him.

Despite not having all the liberty/ flexibility required these days by all artists, Reekado Banks has continued to stay relevant.

We see so much potential on this young man and we wish him the best in 2018.



8. Kiss Daniel

If Kiss Daniel manages to escape the deadly trap set by his former label G-WideWorld then we might be seeing a side of Kiss Daniel which we’ve never experienced before.

2018 is a year that will make or finally break Kiss Daniel for a long time.



9. Simi

Simi has found her voice in 2017, her album was the best in 2017, all singles were banger on banger. 2018 will not be an exception. We expect outstanding features, enforcements and bigger moves.



10. L.A.X

2017 has also been a good year for L.A.X, he known he can do it now and will definitely do more come 2018.



11. Dremo

One of the best Nigerian up and coming rappers, signed to DMW is another hot artists to watch out for, we believe he will perform exceptionally in 2018.
