"Education, Corruption, which of this two should be tackle first?" My Opinion- Comrade Akinteye Babatunde

First of all am Comr Akinteye Babatunde Afeez....pka babtee, a 500l student of Osustech studying Biochemistry and  am an aspirant for NANS JCC ONDO AXIS CHAIRMANSHIP...

Pertaining to the question ( EDUCATION AND CORRUPTION WHAT SHOULD BE TACKLE FIRST).

TO me I will go with Corruption, because of the pitiable state we found our self in this country today, a country where we all care about our self only and not ready to be our brothers keeper but all this is as a result if uncertain future, the fear of we not knowing what the future will be like, that's what make a man what to have 100 million dollars either legal or not legal. If we live in a country where the future of our kids are secure then our needs and greediness will decrease and the rice in our greediness leads to corruption..

WHAT IS CORRUPTION ? Corruption is a form of dishonest or unethical conduct by a person entrusted with a position of authority, often to acquire personal benefit. ... Government, or 'political', corruption occurs when an office-holder or other governmental employee acts in an official capacity for personal gain.

WHAT IS EDUCATION?
Education is the process of facilitating learning, or the acquisition of knowledge, skills, values, beliefs, and habits. Educational methods include storytelling, discussion, teaching, training, and directed research. ... In most regions, education is compulsory up to a certain age.
Our fathers in their days believed education is the key but this age we are the padlock has been change all because of CORRUPTION.

Corruption is what the federal government needs to tackle first in this country because we are where we are today because of corruption, and to go out of this problem we need to set a standard and male corruption an History in this country.

When corruption is tackle first then , the university VC will not embezzel the school money, the lecturer won't ask the ladies to slepp with them.for marks, the lecturer won't ask for money to pass a students, the school management won't victimize or oppressed any student to zeal off their corrupt loop holes.

One better example is the ITF FUND,/for the past four years ITF has not pay a dime to.any student, and every year the govermnet pass their money with the country budget wish the money is always disburse every year, the question is  WHERE IS THE MONEY GOING TO ?? Is it one mans doing or lot of them, are those that are doing this not educated??/of course they are but they are corrupt,

Minister of Education will use money ment for schools to buy new cars and he will ride it around proudly.

Corruption has  made this country lost his respect and pedigree, therefore we need to stand out and fight it to the end without any excuse or protecting those that are corrupt.

If corruption is tackle definitely Education will be tackle and this will make education has more value and respect it deserve .

In the Nigerian constitution, Education is suppose to be made free but its not now, we pay and most Time after payment we don't even enjoy the services.

So with this few points of mine I believe have been Abel to convince you all that corruption to be tackle before education
