Applicants Registration in the Joint Empowerment Scheme for Niger Delta States Coordinating by EMOTEL GLOBAL OIL Ltd, both Online and Printed Application forms have been closed.
As announced by the Company's Management, After the official announcement of the collection of the Forms by applicants as at March, the application forms across the Nine Niger Delta States have come to an end on 20th of April 2017.
Meanwhile, collation of applicants list has immediately started across the Nine States, and shortlisted applicants List would be released on before 20th of May.
It was gathered that the company has received millions of applications across the Nine States despite its announcement that only Seventy thousand People across the Nine States would be empowered
The company has also directed that four other local Governments in Ondo Southern part of Ondo State which are; OKITIPUPA LOCAL GOVERNMENT, IRELE LOCAL GOVERNMENT, ODIGBO LOCAL GOVERNMENT AND ILEOLUJI/OKEIGBO LOCAL GOVERNMENT will be honorably benefited from the Empowerment Scheme in addition to Ilaje and Ese Odo so that all the six local governments in Ondo South will be added.
While collation of successful applicants will be going on, Printed Application forms for those four local governments above mentioned will be distributed at each local government Headquarter before 2nd of May.
Citizens of the aforementioned Local Governments (OKITIPUPA, IRELE, ODIGBO, AND ILEOLUJI) are to Obtain a copy of the Forms with one Passport Photograph, and Local Government Origin. Other Requirements on each Form Should be attached. The Application forms are of Four categories which are; Scholarship, Skill Acquisition, Sit at Home, and Employment.
All shortlisted applicants will be required to present at their Local Governments headquarters for PHYSICAL VERIFICATION OF APPLICANTS after setting up timetable for it across the Nine States.
We were reliably informed that so many people, especially those who applied Online are unable to upload their Local Government Origin and passport photograph, we will correct all these during physical verification. We implore those under such categories when successfully shortlisted, to go to their Local Government Headquarter (The Venue for the Physical Verification) with all those missing documents where they would attach it to their forms.
After Physical Verification of Applicants, and where all mistakes will be corrected, applicants will be allocated to their Specific desires where implementation of the Empowerment Scheme shall be resulted. It is obvious that hundreds of Local Governments in the Niger Delta States are counted for this Empowerment Scheme.
We started this project from Ondo State, and we will Start the Physical Verification of Applicants in Ondo State so that the rest Eight States would emulate how it goes, and for proper confidence in us.
